How to translate a document

Choose your languages, upload a file, and download the translated document.

Choose and upload

Open the Document tab, choose a target language, and drop a DOCX, text-based PDF, PPTX, or XLSX file into the upload area. Guests and Free accounts can preview the first physical page, up to 500 source words. Per-file limits are 50 MB / 50 pages on Free and 100 MB / 1,000 pages on every paid plan. File eligibility uses 500 source words per page.

Translate

Once the file is checked, review the price shown below it. Select Translate document. If payment is required, the app opens checkout, where tax is added to the subtotal. Translation starts after the payment is confirmed.

Batch translate

Use Batch translate to upload multiple files. Choose a shared target with To, or set From and To for each file. Translate all starts eligible files; paid items require their own checkout. Each file has progress and Pause/Resume. If you allow browser notifications, the app alerts you when a translation or batch finishes while the app remains open.

Preview and download

Follow source words translated and remaining, with the first page images appearing as translation progresses. Pause finishes the current section and saves a partial native file; untranslated sections stay in the original language. Resume continues the same job. The complete native file is available when translation finishes. A free sample of a longer document shows only the translated portion as images.
